Also known as a "Saskatoon Berry Sour", this sweet whiskey sour is perfect to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • Serviceberry syrup
  • meringue foam
  • 5 serviceberries
  • 1 lemon slice (optional)
Serviceberry Sour

Directions

  1. Shake whiskey and serviceberry syrup with ice and pour into an old fashioned glass.
  2. Add serviceberries.
  3. Spoon over meringue foam.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge or berries and serve.
