Pisco Sour
The Pisco Sour is a cocktail of Peruvian origin that uses pisco as the base liquor and lemon or lime juice for the sour component.

- 1 oz Lemon/Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Pisco
- 2 Drops of Bitters

Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Combine the egg white, Pisco, simple syrup and lemon/lime juice.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain the contents into a 6-ounce cocktail glass.
- Top with a few drops of bitters.
