The Pisco Sour is a cocktail of Peruvian origin that uses pisco as the base liquor and lemon or lime juice for the sour component.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemon/Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Pisco
  • 2 Drops of Bitters
Pisco Sour

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Combine the egg white, Pisco, simple syrup and lemon/lime juice.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the contents into a 6-ounce cocktail glass.
  5. Top with a few drops of bitters.
