Open Drinks Mint Chocolate Milkshake
Milkshake made using mint chocolate ice cream as the base

- 25 g dark chocolate
- 5 small scoops mint chocolate ice cream
- 175 ml milk
- 5 g mint leaves
- 5 g dark chocolate shavings
Directions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Dip the rim of a large sundae glass in the chocolate, then drizzle the rest around the inside of the rim, letting it trickle down inside the glass.
- Chill in the fridge to set.
- Blend the mint chocolate ice cream with the milk.
- Pour into the glass and top with a few mint leaves and a sprinkling of dark chocolate shavings.
