Pronounced Bee-Jew, this is a somewhat drier version of the classic cocktail included in the Harry Johnson's Bartender Manual from 1900

- 1 oz dry Gin
- 1 oz Chartreuse
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 1 piece Lemon Peel

Directions
- Combine in a mixing glass and fill with cracked ice
- Stir for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel over the drink.
