Ingredients

  • 30 ml sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica
  • 60 ml fino sherry, lustau La Ina
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 piece orange zest

Directions

  1. Pour sherry, vermouth and bitters in to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice and stir quickly.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange zest
