Nineteenth Century aperitif using sherry.

- 30 ml sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica
- 60 ml fino sherry, lustau La Ina
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 piece orange zest

Directions
- Pour sherry, vermouth and bitters in to a mixing glass.
- Fill glass with ice and stir quickly.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange zest
